As mentioned, I LOVE SAUCE! Not only do I love sauce, but I enjoy making my own sauce. I love a spicy, tangy sauce to top my hot dishes with, such as cheesy fold over street tacos.
Some of my favorite flavors in all of cooking include lime and jalapeños, which are two of the main ingredients in this recipe. Through experimentation and research, I discovered how to mix the two with greek yogurt to create a sour cream-like dipping sauce.
This recipe won’t disappoint. For me, it’s become a staple sauce to serve on the table anytime we’re making tacos.
