How To Make Insanely Easy Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats

  1. In a mixing bowl, add oats, almond milk, chia seeds, honey, cinnamon and salt. Mix.
  2. Add milk and lightly mix in the almond butter, just enough to combine while still leaving some swirls of almond butter.
  3. Pour into glass container or mason jars store.
  4. Add lid and put in fridge for at least 4 hours. I prefer to leave them overnight (8-10 hours) to allow time for the flavors to combine and the chia seeds and oats to soak.
  5. Refresh in the morning before eating with splash of almond milk for extra creamy texture.
  6. Add toppings of your preference like; banana, berries, chia seeds, coconut or an extra drizzle of almond butter!

Storing Your Leftovers

Cinnamon roll overnight oats can be easily stored in the refrigerator for up to 72 hours after first making. The good news, they taste great every time you pull them out of the fridge. Simply grab your favorite refrigerator safe container and store sealed.

For the best results, I recommend “freshening up” your leftover oats when you go to enjoy them at a later date. By that I mean adding a dash of fresh almond milk, cutting up a banana, or even topping with an extra drizzle of almond butter. This will result in your overnight oats tasting like new, and you’ll create that amazing, creamy texture that makes this recipe so special.
