  • Kitchen Aid Standing Mixer (sub for mixing bowl and electric hand mixer)
  • Measuring Cups teaspoon, 1/4 cup, 1/3 cup, 1/2 cup, 1 cup
  • Muffin Tin
  • Ice Cream Scooper

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups gluten free flour I like Bob Mills 1-for-1 gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup milk dairy-free if necessary
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips with more for topping
  • 2-3 ripe bananas
