I recommend Bob Mills 1-for-1 gluten-free flour

baking powder

baking soda

teaspoon
salt

milk
dairy-free if necessary

ripe bananas
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a kitchen aid standing mixer, add bananas and mix for 2 minutes until mashed.

Add all wet ingredients and sugar (eggs, butter, milk, and sugar) and mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.

Add in all dry ingredients (GF flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt). Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes or until just combined.

Pour into greased loaf pan.

Bake for 38-42 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
