  • Cutting Board clean surface to roll dough
  • Sharp Knife to cut pretzel bites
  • Whisk for egg wash topping
  • Pastry Brush for egg wash topping

Ingredients
  

Pretzel Bites

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons organic honey
  • 1 1/4 cup gluten-free flour I use Bob's Mill 1 to 1 baking flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons sea salt

Topping

  • 1 egg for egg wash topping
  • everything bagel seasoning top to taste
  • extra sea salt top to taste
